Grace's questions:

1. What is the number 1 book you're looking forward to reading?

Shadowhand by Anne Elisabeth Stengl. I have been waiting to read this book for over a year. I am planning purchasing and reading it this winter.

2. If you could be anything, what would your dream job be (Yes, even being a princess counts.)?

I would be a published author.

3. Is there a popular food you dislike?

Yes!!!  Cooked eggs. I have never liked them and I don't think I ever will.

4. If you had to live in a different country, where would it be?

I think I would like living in Ireland. Really, who wouldn't?

5. What is a favorite childhood movie?

I am going to cheat and name three because I can't just pick one. Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, and Spirit: Stallion of the Ciammron.

6. What is your favorite accessory to wear (necklace, sunglasses, brooch, etc.)?

Scarves, especially during this time of year.

7. You're locked in a time machine and have to go anywhere in the past, at least 50 years, before you can go home. Where would you go?

To Washington D.C. in the 1780s. I think it would be cool to see how America was as a new country.

8 and 9. The hero in the last book you read asks you to go to the ball with him. Who is it? Would you accept his invitation?

Dominick Cherret from Lady in the Mist by Laurie Alice Eakes.

Although Dominick is a flirt, I think I'd go with him because he would make me laugh.

10. What's a costume on a book cover that you would like to have?

I think Cora's dress on the cover of 'Glamorous Illusions' by Lisa T.Bergren looks absolutely gorgeous.

11. Are you more of a country girl or a city girl?

I guess I am a country girl, although city life does have perks.

12. What is your favorite fictional genre in books?

It's a tie between fantasy and historical fiction.

13. If you could design it, what would your ideal personal library look like?

I would like a library with window seats under large windows. I would also like there to be a fireplace with an overstuffed couch so I could have a cozy place to read when it's cold.

14. Do you collect anything?

Foreign money. I know that sounds a bit strange. I have coins from France, Ireland, and several South American countries that people have given me or I got at a shop.

15.  In the spirit of Thanksgiving, what is one thing you are thankful for?

That God is patient and kind to me even when I'm stubborn.

I tag :
Violet and Daisy of Violets and Daisies
