I don't know about you, but I enjoy seeing youtubers and bloggers monthly favorites. So I have decided to start doing it regularly.
These are just some of the things I enjoyed in the month of May.
// Instagram//
I created an instagram account for my blog this month. I've had fun getting to keep up with fellow bloggers and sharing what I've been reading.

// Boys over Flowers//
I never thought I would like watching a foreign tv show with subtitles. This Korean Drama is so much fun and is very addictive. I only have six episodes left to watch and I can't wait to see how it will end.
//Captain America: The Winter Soldier//
I (finally) watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier for the first time last night. I really liked it. I'm looking forward to watching Captain America: Civil War, which is coming out next year.
// Think of Me from 'Phantom of the Opera'//
I had this song stuck in my head for a week. It's so fun to sing ( now if only I could hit the high note at the end perfectly. *sigh*).
// Pure Ice nail polish in 'Happy Hour'//
My friend owns this nail polish. While I was at her house recently I painted my nail this color. It's a beautiful peachy coral shade that complements more outfits than you would think. Now I need to go out and buy it for myself.
// Katie Gregoire's youtube channel//
Katie makes videos that are straightforward, funny, and relatable. Go check out her channel to watch other videos by her.
What about you?
What are some of your favorites from this month?
I never knew I could ever like a foreign show so much, but then Korean Dramas happened to me, lol. Boys Over Flowers! GAH! I just LOVE seeing this on your favorites list because this is one of my favorite KDramas, and even just a favorite show of mine. Won't spoil the ending for you, but I hope you'll like it. (And if you need any more KDrama recommendations, let me known cause I've a few others I've watched and enjoyed. (-: )
ReplyDeleteFavorites of my month... Let's see: I got to go to a friend's graduation, tried a Frappe at McDonald's and liked it(!), finished 7 books so far, and got some good writing done in one of my stories.
Yay! Glad to know that a fellow blogger is a K-Drama fan too! Boys over Flowers is magical:)
DeleteDo you know if 'Playful Kiss' and 'Secret Garden' are any good?
Woah, you finished seven books this month. Props to you:)
P.S. McDonalds has great frappes. What kind did you try, btw?
It is magical, and heart-freezing. The way the episodes end demand that you watch another. I may or may not be guilty of watching 3 or 4 episodes in a row, staying up way too late at night in the process. ;-)
DeleteI've tried "Playful Kiss." It was kind of strange, and there's one scene where, though it's blanked out, a guy is unclothed... I watched some more of it, but it just didn't grab me despite that the male lead played one of my favorite guys from BOF. I've been curious about "Secret Garden," but just not too sure about it. It's on Netflix, so I might just give it a try.
One that you really should try is "Flower Boy Next Door." It's about an introverted girl and her journey to coming out into the world. It's pretty cute- you can watch in on Hulu for free. :-D
I think it was caramel. I was with a couple of girls, and one of them just bought me, the other girl with us, and herself one because she wanted us to try it. Glad she did!
Thanks for letting me know about 'Playful Kiss'. 'Flower Boy Next Door' sounds adorable. I will give it a watch soon.
DeleteOoo! I haven't tried the caramel one before. It sounds yummy, though.
