Torrent Book Review

Title: Torrent

Series: River of Time- book three

Author: Lisa T. Bergren

Genre: Teen Fiction

Pages: 400

Plot: ( WARNING THIS CONTAINS SOME SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE OTHER BOOKS IN THE SERIES)
Gabi and Lia Bettarinni went back in time to save their Dad.
Now the whole Bettarinnin family is living in 14th century Italy.
Gabi is kidnapped and is going to be forced to marry someone she barely knows. Is life in Italy really meant to be?

What I liked about this book: It was a good end to this series, while leaving room for possible sequels.

What I didn't like about this book: A married couple share an intimate moment, but thankfully it goes into little detail.

Would I recommend this? Yes.

Genre: Teen Fiction

Pages: 416

Plot: Gabi and Lia Betarrini are back in 14th century Italy, but their Mom is with them. Can Gabi and Lia convince their Mom, that although their lives are in danger, they are right were they belong?

What I liked about this book: It was a good sequel to Waterfall.
It also had some really funny parts.

What I didn't like about this book: A lot of kissing and talk of intimacy in marriage.

Would I recommend it: Yes, but you have to read Waterfall first to understand it.

Waterfall Book Review

Title: Waterfall

Author: Lisa T. Bergren

Series: River of Time- book one

Genre: Teen Fiction

Pages: 384

Plot: Gabi and Lia Betarrini are tired of spending their summers  on archaeological sites. While exploring an Italian grave site Gabi and Lia are transported to sixteenth century Italy.
Will Gabi and Lia find their way back or do they belong in the past?

What I liked about this book: It was so hard to put down. It is one of the most exciting teen fiction book I have read.

What I didn't like about it: A little to much kissing for my taste. Also a good bit of gore.

Would I recommend this? Yes.

P.S. I still can't upload pictures on my posts. Any tips to help fix the problem would be much appreciated.
